Sunbridge is unlike any other community we serve. Developed by Tavistock Development Company, the same team behind Lake Nona, this 27,000-acre master-planned community across Orange and Osceola Counties has reserved over 13,000 acres for wetlands conservation, oak forests, natural lakes, and waterways.
The communities of Weslyn Park and Del Webb Sunbridge are the first neighborhoods taking shape here, and the entire development is built around the philosophy that connection to Florida’s natural environment is not a weekend luxury but an everyday essential.
Weslyn Park homes feature solar panels, drought-minimizing landscape design, and trail connections to the broader natural network. Voyager K-8, an Environmental STEM school, opened in Sunbridge in 2024. Blue Origin established its largest Florida presence here in the same year.
This is a community being built with genuine ecological intention from the ground up. At Wildscape Designs, eco-friendly landscaping is not a trend for us. It is what we do. Sunbridge is the community we have been waiting to work in, and we bring everything we know about Central Florida’s native plant communities to every project here.
